This recipe is very fresh tasting, as there is no added cream.  Its good with with tortilla chips, or a Mexican Meal.

You need perfectly ripe avocados for this recipe. When you are buying or picking your avocado, press the top lightly, there should be a little give, if its rock hard, then its not ready.

To make sure its not over ripe, pull off the little brown bit at the top. Green means its perfect. If it’s brown, its only fit for the bin.
